About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid forklift licence to join our busy and fast-paced team. This role involves a mix of general warehouse duties and forklift operation to ensure smooth and efficient handling of goods.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating forklifts safely to load, unload, and move stock
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
* Storing goods in the correct locations within the warehouse
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Conducting basic equipment checks and reporting any issues
Requirements
* Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
* Previous warehouse experience is desirable
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
