Ideal Recruit are hiring Warehouse Operatives – Daventry (NN11)!

Ideal Recruit are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team based in the Daventry (NN11) area.

Shift Options:

Day Shift:
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 16:30
£12.71 per hour

PM Shift:
Monday – Friday
12:00 – 20:30
£13.21 per hour

Night Shift:
Sunday – Thursday
21:30 – 06:00
£14.21 per hour

⏱ 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing orders accurately
Labelling products
Loading and unloading goods
Moving stock and pallets
Stock counting and inventory checks
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health & safety procedures
Carrying out any additional duties as required

✅ Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience preferred
Good attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Good level of English communication
Flexibility to work assigned shifts
