Warehouse Operative

A well-established and fast-growing distribution business is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join their operations team in gillingham. A role which has a very friendly approach with people that are very driven but relaxed.
Key Duties
* Accurate picking and packing of customer orders
* Goods-in processing, including unloading and checking deliveries
* Stock organisation and inventory control
* Preparing orders for dispatch
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
* Supporting general warehouse operations as required
Candidate Requirements
* Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
