Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives / Picker Packers for a well-established food and drinks distribution company based in Mansfield. This is a temp to perm opportunity with immediate starts available for the right candidates.

The Role – Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting the picking and packing of food and drink products for customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking food and drink products using manual pick sheets

Packing orders accurately and efficiently

Working towards daily picking targets (65+ orders per shift)

Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

Working as part of a small and friendly team

Requirements

To be considered for this Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer role, you must:

Have previous warehouse picking and packing experience

Be able to achieve 65+ picks per shift

Be comfortable being on your feet for an 8-hour shift

Have your own safety boots/shoes and high-visibility vest

Be reliable, punctual and hard-working

What’s On Offer

£12.35 per hour

Monday to Friday – No weekend work

Full-time, stable hours

Supportive team environment

Permanent contract offered for successful candidates
