Warehouse Operative – North Baddesley Hours: 10:30 – 18:30 (Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.81 after 13 consecutive weeks, parity) We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy fulfilment team in North Baddesley. This role involves a mix of picking, packing, goods‑in, and general warehouse duties. (Warehouse and Manual Handling experience is essential for this role) Key Duties Order picking and packing Fulfilment tasks to meet daily customer demand Goods‑in: unloading, checking, and storing deliveries Shrink wrapping pallets and goods Manual handling of stock General warehouse housekeeping and supporting the wider teamRequirements Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential Ability to work on your feet and handle manual tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Good attention to detail Able to work 10:30–18:30 Monday to Friday (occasional variation)To apply for this role please follow the link or contact Emma at the Meridian office in Eastleigh Meridian Business Support is acting as an employment business on this vacancy
