£13.34 per hour

Rotating Shifts | Weekly Pattern

🕒 Shift Pattern (4 Days Per Week):
You’ll work a consistent 4-day rota, with shifts rotating between:

07:00 – 17:00
12:00 – 22:00

(Flexibility is essential due to rotating hours)

📦 The Role:
We’re recruiting reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing operation in Severn Beach. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidates.

🔧 Your Duties Will Include:

Picking and packing orders accurately
Loading and unloading goods
General warehouse duties
Working towards daily targets in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

💬 What We’re Looking For:

Good level of English (essential for instructions & safety)
Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
Flexible to work rotating shifts
