Warehouse Operative 📍 Pershore 💰 £12.71 – £13.50 per hour 🕘 Day Shift 📄 Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-organised warehouse team in Pershore. This is a hands-on role offering a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. The role involves supporting warehouse operations, preparing equipment for dispatch, and ensuring all assets are correctly stored, tracked, and maintained. Key Responsibilities Picking, packing, and preparing warehouse assets for dispatch Loading and unloading vans and equipment Checking returned assets, resetting them, and storing them correctly Maintaining accurate asset tracking and condition reporting Ensuring warehouse standards for organisation, cleanliness, and safety are maintained Preparing equipment for delivery and redeployment Supporting efficient warehouse flow and stock control Carrying out any other reasonable warehouse duties as required Requirements Full UK Driving Licence – essential Ability to drive 3.5t vans Previous warehouse experience (preferred) Organised with good attention to detail Able to work both independently and as part of a team Forklift experience or PDA use beneficial but not essential sbs Warehouse GI GO JD 03 26 If you are a reliable and proactive individual with warehouse experience and a driving licence, we would like to hear from you
