Warehouse Operative

Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (may include weekends) Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm Job Overview We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to support the day-to-day running of the warehouse. The role involves general warehouse duties including loading and unloading goods, as well as picking and packing orders. Key Responsibilities * Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently * Picking and packing customer orders accurately * Preparing goods for dispatch * Moving stock around the warehouse as required * Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe * Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines * Following all health and safety procedures Working Hours * 7:00am – 5:00pm * 5 days out of 7 * Weekend work may be required depending on business needs Requirements * Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential * Good level of reliability and punctuality * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Physically fit and able to handle manual work * Good teamwork and communication skills What We Offer * Full training provided * Supportive team environment * Opportunity for ongoing work
