We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our clients team in Wednesbury on a temporary to permanent basis. Now its a manufacturing company which means its not just your average picking and packing role. It will involve getting stuck into a little bit of everything...
The role involves sorting and handling metals and will require a good level of physical fitness, as this is a heavy manual role.
Duties include:
Sorting different types of metal
Cleaning off items
Picking and packing (heavy lifting)
Moving and handling materials
General warehouse duties
Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Following health and safety procedures
Working effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is preferred
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be physically fit and comfortable carrying out heavy work
Good attitude and willingness to work
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
