Job Purpose: To support efficient warehouse operations by accurately picking, handling, and moving stock while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Hours: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm *This role will initially be working in Halesowen, but will move to new site in Bilston in September of 2026.* Key Responsibilities: * Pick and prepare orders accurately in line with picking lists * Load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse * Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently * Carry out general warehouse duties including housekeeping and stock checks * Adhere to all health & safety procedures and site policies Requirements: * Valid MHE licence for Counterbalance or Reach or PPT * Previous warehouse or picking experience required. * Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling * Reliable, punctual, and able to work long shifts Benefits: * Competitive salary * Annual performance bonus * Stable, full-time shift pattern
