Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor 📍 Location: Colchester 💰 Salary: £30,000 basic + up to £2,400 attendance bonus 🕒 Hours: 5:00pm – 2:00am 🏖 Holiday: 20 days paid holiday 📚 Training provided We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor to oversee evening operations and lead a small warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is looking to step into or continue in a supervisory role within a busy logistics environment. Key Responsibilities • Supervising a small warehouse team during the night shift • Checking goods prior to the loading of vehicles • Ensuring loads are correctly loaded and secure for transport • Checking and updating stock on the computer system • Dispatching delivery notes • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures • Communicating effectively with the Warehouse Manager • Reporting any operational issues • Maintaining high housekeeping standards within the warehouse What We’re Looking For • Previous warehouse experience • Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferred) • Good organisational and communication skills • Basic computer skills • A proactive and reliable approach to work What’s On Offer • £30,000 basic salary • Attendance bonus up to £2,400 per year (paid monthly for full attendance) • Training provided • 20 days paid holiday • Opportunity to work within a supportive warehouse team 📩 Apply now with your CV to be considered for this opportunity
