Job Title: Warehouse Super Admin Location: Coleshill Salary: £15.00 per hour Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Full-time) Overtime: Regular overtime available, paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours This is a 12-week temp-to-permanent role. About the Role We are recruiting for a Warehouse Super Admin to join a brand-new, fast-growing e-commerce operation based in Coleshill. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business supporting a major global social commerce platform, operating at pace with high order volumes and dynamic customer demand. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of warehouse administration and systems, supporting end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory control, order processing, and dispatch accuracy. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain warehouse administration processes to support daily operations Operate and optimise the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to a high standard Oversee inventory tracking, ensuring stock accuracy across all systems Support inbound processes, including receiving, booking in, and put-away Coordinate outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping with admin support. Monitor and maintain stock control procedures, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues Ensure high standards of quality control, investigating and reporting any faults or damages Produce and analyse reports relating to stock levels, order volumes, and operational performance Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfilment Support continuous improvement of warehouse systems and processes Assist with training team members on systems and best practices where required Key Skills & Experience Proven high-level administrative experience within a logistics or e-commerce environment Strong understanding of: Stock control processes Inventory management Quality assurance within a warehouse setting Advanced working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Experience using systems to manage: Inventory tracking Goods-in and put-away processes Order picking, packing, and dispatch Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong IT skills High-level understanding of Microsoft Excel Ability to work proactively and under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams A positive, “can-do” attitude with a hands-on approach Desirable Experience Experience in high-volume e-commerce or fulfilment operations Familiarity with KPI tracking and performance reporting Been part of a new on-site setup and implementation Experience supporting system improvements or implementations Knowledge of health & safety practices within a warehouse environment What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of £15.00 Regular overtime opportunities paid at time and a half Opportunity to join a growing e-commerce business at an early stage Fast-paced, dynamic working environment with progression potential If you are a highly organised and systems-focused individual with a strong logistics background, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a growing warehouse operation
