Warehouse Supervisor – Days

Hours: Monday – Friday, 42.5 hours per week (day shift) We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy distribution operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with goods-in or warehouse leadership experience who is looking to progress within a growing operation. The Role As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, with a focus on the goods-in function. You will supervise a small team and ensure deliveries are received, checked and processed accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities * Supervising a team within the goods-in department * Checking deliveries against supplier paperwork and purchase orders * Ensuring stock is booked in accurately on the warehouse management system * Investigating any discrepancies or damaged goods * Maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment * Supporting and motivating warehouse staff * Carrying out stock checks and ensuring inventory accuracy * Liaising with internal departments regarding deliveries and stock Requirements * Previous warehouse or goods-in experience * Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse environment * Good organisational and communication skills * Basic IT skills and experience using warehouse systems Desirable * FLT licences (Counterbalance or Reach) Benefits * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Pension scheme * Free onsite parking * Staff discount * Profit share bonus scheme * Death in service benefit
