Warehouse / Production Operative - Long-Term Opportunity Location: Meridian Business Park Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Contract: Temporary (long-term opportunity for the right candidate) We are recruiting a Warehouse/Production Operative to join a friendly manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience working in both warehouse and production environments, particularly where accuracy and process adherence are important. Picking and packing customer orders accurately Preparing orders for dispatch Loading and unloading deliveries Restocking materials Supporting production processes including paint mixing and colour-related tasksWhat we are looking for: * Previous warehouse AND production experience * Excellent colour vision and attention to detail * Ability to follow precise processes and instructions * Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic * Comfortable with manual, on-your-feet work This is a great opportunity to develop skills within a manufacturing environment with potential for long-term work.
