WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR

Hedin Automotive BMW & MINI is looking for a highly organised Warranty Administrator to join our Warranty team. This is a great opportunity develop your skills with one of the world’s most admired brands in the automotive industry.

YOUR ROLE.

As the Warranty Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our warranty department across four Centres. You’ll be responsible for submitting and tracking warranty claims within strict timeframes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and successful payments.

The main duties of the role include.

Accurately process and control all warranty claims, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer standards and audit requirements

Manage and complete all recall campaigns within required timeframes

Maintain accurate records and filing systems to achieve the highest possible warranty audit grade

Resolve warranty issues, corrections, and daily variances promptly, supporting revenue recovery

Verify claim accuracy, including write‑ups, correct parts, labour, and defect codes

Keep detailed records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and goodwill contributions

YOUR PROFILE.

Previous proven experience working with Warranty claims

Highly organised, self-motivated and able to multitask in a busy environment

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confident working with IT and inhouse operating systems

Must be eligible to work in the UK.

SALARY AND HOURS.

£33,990 per annum

Working hours, Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm. The role is an office-based environment
