Water Hygiene Plumber Location: Midlands / Birmingham (with nationwide travel) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE Start Date: ASAP I’m currently working with a growing and ambitious compliance and water management specialist that is expanding its operational team due to continued success across the UK. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Water Hygiene Plumber with strong remedial expertise to join their nationwide delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically capable plumber who enjoys varied, hands-on work and takes pride in delivering high-quality remedial solutions in regulated environments. The role will see you working across commercial and industrial sites nationwide, supporting clients in maintaining compliant and safe water systems. It’s ideally suited to someone who is confident working independently, comfortable travelling, and motivated by being part of a business that is actively growing. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of remedial plumbing works in line with water hygiene regulations and current legislation. Your work will include the installation, maintenance, and repair of hot and cold water systems, as well as dead leg removals and pipework modifications to ensure systems meet compliance standards. You will also be involved in TMV servicing, replacements, and installations, along with tank inspections, system modifications, and associated remedial works. The position will also require experience in cylinder replacements and upgrades, identifying and rectifying non-compliances within existing systems, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and professionally. While the focus is remedial plumbing, there may be occasions where you will support with basic PPM tasks, making this a well-rounded and technically engaging role. The ideal candidate will be a Level 2 qualified Plumber (Level 3 preferred) with a solid background in remedial works within commercial or industrial environments. G3 Unvented certification is required, and RPZ testing experience would be highly advantageous. Above all, we are looking for someone who understands compliance-driven environments, works to a high standard, and represents their employer professionally on site.
