Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Wax Operatives to join Howmet Aerospace in Exeter. This role involves working within a skilled team producing high-quality components in a modern manufacturing environment.

Key Duties:

Work with small, intricate components in a precision-focused environment.
Use hand tools to carry out detailed manual tasks.
Follow quality and safety processes to a high standard.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail.
Good manual dexterity for handling small parts.
Comfortable working with hands for extended periods.
Good basic English skills.
Reliable and flexible approach to work.
Previous manufacturing experience beneficial.
