Weighbridge & Sales Operations Coordinator
Chambers Runfold PLC are an established independent aggregates and recycling business operating from our quarry site in Runfold, Surrey. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a capable, organised individual to join our team. The Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site weighbridge alongside supporting sales and transport administration. Weighbridge & Site Operations * Processing all inbound and outbound vehicles * Producing and issuing accurate weighbridge tickets Sales & Customer Coordination * Handling customer sales enquiries and pricing requests * Assisting with scheduling and coordination of daily truck movements * Supporting general office and operational administration Experience & Skills * Previous weighbridge experience advantageous (training provided) * Experience in aggregates, recycling, haulage or waste industry beneficial * Strong administrative and organisational ability * Fully computer literate The Person * Remains calm and clear-thinking under pressure * Reliable * Looking for a varied role * Comfortable following process and maintaining compliance * Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail What We Offer * Stable, long-term position within an established business * Competitive salary (depending on experience) * Office-based role at our Surrey quarry site * Supportive and professional working environment * Full training provided Full-Time Hours: Monday – Friday | 7am to 5pm
