Monday to Friday
8am–4pm
40 hours per week
£17–£19 per hour
Overtime available if desired — paid at time and a third during the week and time and a half at weekends.
We are looking for an experienced Welder to join a well-established local company working on a wide range of heavy-duty sheet metal projects. This is a hands-on permanent role suited to someone who enjoys varied fabrication work and takes pride in producing quality finished products.
Key Responsibilities of the Welder
* Sheet metal welding and fabrication
* Welding panels, corner joints and boxes
* Working on aluminium cabinets, doors and bespoke products
* Heavy-duty fabrication work
* Producing quality finished products
* Supporting the wider workshop and production team
Key Requirements of the Welder
* Previous welding/fabrication experience is essential
* Experience working with sheet metal
* Confident with heavy-duty welding work
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and hardworking
* Looking for a long-term permanent role
