The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects Manage classroom behaviour effectively Support pupils in their learning Ensure a positive and productive learning environment Uphold school policies and procedures This role is ideal for: Fluent Welsh speakers Graduates considering a career in teaching Experienced Cover Supervisors Individuals with experience working with young people Requirements Fluent Welsh language skills (essential) Strong classroom presence and communication skills Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential) Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
