The Hours: 12-hour shifts rotating between Days (07:00 am – 07:00 pm) and Nights (07:00 pm – 07:00 am).
The "On-Time" Cash Bonus
We value reliability. To prove it, we offer a £50 Weekly Punctuality Bonus.
How it works: Simply be at your workstation on time at the start of your shift and return from your breaks promptly.
The Result: An extra £200+ per month in your pocket just for being professional.
Pay & Benefits
Rate: £12.71 per hour.
Weekly Bonus: £50 (Subject to punctuality).

Full Training: We invest in you! Your first week is a dedicated Monday–Friday (08:00 am – 06:00 pm) training programme to ensure you’re confident and ready to go.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the production team, you will:
Operate modern machinery to produce high-quality packaging.
Monitor output to ensure everything meets our gold standard.
Work in a safe, tidy, and supportive team environment.
