Working Foreman

Phoenix Gray is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Firestopper Working Foreman for a reputable passive fire protection contractor based in Brentford, London. This vital role requires a confident leader who can oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that fire batt and mastic works are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality. As a key point of contact for the team, you'll be responsible for coordinating tradespeople, managing progress, and attending weekly meetings to report on project milestones. Your expertise will help maintain the smooth running of projects from start to finish, supporting both team members and clients with professionalism and care.

Valid CSCS card and SSSTS certification

Full toolkit and comprehensive 5-point PPE

Proven experience as a Firestopper, ideally with previous supervision or foreman responsibilities

Ability to carry out fire batt and mastic works efficiently

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead a team on site

Strong commitment to health and safety standards
