Working Foreman

CNX Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Site Supervisor on behalf of a construction firm carrying out renovation works on a private residential property in Irvine, Ayrshire. This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing daily site activities while also assisting trades when required. The project involves a full residential renovation, and we are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple trades on a busy site. Key Responsibilities * Supervising day-to-day operations on site * Coordinating and overseeing various trades and subcontractors * Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard * Assisting with site tasks and working alongside trades when required * Managing site organisation, deliveries, and workflow * Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed * Liaising with the contractor and reporting on site progress Requirements * Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Working Foreman within residential construction or renovation * Strong knowledge of general building trades * Ability to coordinate and manage subcontractors effectively * Hands-on approach and willingness to assist on site when needed * Good organisational and communication skills * Valid CSCS card (essential) * SSSTS/SMSTS preferred but not essential What’s on Offer * Ongoing work until Summer * Competitive pay (dependent on experience) * Opportunity to work on a high-end private residential renovation project * Immediate start available If you are an experienced Working Site Supervisor looking for a hands-on role on a residential project, we would like to hear from you.
