Working Foreman

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman to join one of our valued clients on a contract basis for a prestigious residential project in Pangbourne, Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-end extension to an existing private residence, delivering exceptional quality workmanship in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site operations while remaining hands-on as required * Coordinate and supervise trades to ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard * Liaise directly with the client, maintaining strong communication and professionalism at all times * Ensure all health & safety regulations are adhered to on site * Monitor progress, quality of work, and resolve any on-site issues efficiently * Assist with planning and organising materials and labour Requirements: * Proven experience as a Working Foreman, ideally within high-end residential projects * Carpentry background preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage trades and maintain site organisation * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential) If you are a reliable and experienced Working Foreman looking for your next contract opportunity, we would love to hear from you
