Interaction Engineering Job Title: Working Foreman About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman to join a busy construction project with one of our established clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong site experience and leadership skills to oversee daily operations and support the successful delivery of works on site. Role Responsibilities: Supervising and coordinating site operatives and subcontractors Overseeing day-to-day site activities to ensure work progresses as planned Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to the required quality standards Monitoring workmanship and making sure all tasks meet industry regulations Working closely with site management and project teams to maintain clear communication Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site Supporting and guiding team members to ensure efficient and productive work Managing site materials, tools, and equipment responsibly Keeping records of site progress and reporting any delays or issues to management Requirements: Previous experience working as a Working Foreman or in a similar supervisory role Strong understanding of construction site operations Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications Good leadership and communication skills Well organised with the ability to manage multiple site activities Strong commitment to site safety standards Valid CSCS Card required What’s on Offer: Competitive pay package Opportunities for ongoing work and career progression Supportive team environment with a reputable contractor How to Apply: If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your CV and any relevant certifications to (url removed) INDTE
