Workshop Operative / Trainee Fabricator – Temp to Perm

We are currently looking for 2 Workshop Operatives / Trainee Fabricators for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a specialist company manufacturing anti-slip access systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate or someone eager to learn, working alongside experienced fitters in a busy workshop environment.

Working Hours:
7:00am – 4:00pm (paid 8 hours per day)

Role Duties:

Working on the tools within the factory/workshop

Assisting with fabrication of anti-slip access systems

Fibreglass / GRP production work

Supporting experienced fitters with day-to-day manufacturing duties

Learning specialist fabrication techniques

Candidate Requirements:

Beginner level candidates welcome

Good attitude and willingness to learn essential

Carpentry experience would be beneficial and may attract a higher rate

Reliable and keen to develop within a long-term role

Additional Information:
Candidates will initially attend the workshop, meet the team, and see the day-to-day operation to ensure a good fit for both sides.
