Warehouse / Workshop Operative (Water Pump Manufacturing)
Bicester | Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 | Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £16.41 per hour
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse / Workshop Operative to join a well-established company in Bicester, specialising in the manufacture and assembly of water pumps.
This is a hands-on role within a workshop environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and has a basic understanding of electrical systems. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to develop your skills and secure a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembling and building water pump systems
* Working from basic drawings and instructions
* Using hand and power tools
* Supporting general workshop and warehouse duties
* Assisting with wiring and basic electrical components
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
About You
* Basic understanding of electrical systems (not essential to be qualified)
* Practical and hands-on approach to work
* Reliable and hard-working
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail
