Yard Driver

Job Title: Yard Driver (Counterbalance Forklift - B2) Location: Aldridge, UK Working 9am-5pm or 7am-3pm Monday - Friday Pay: £13.50ph may be negotiable depending on experience About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Yard Driver with a valid Counterbalance Forklift (B2 category) certificate to join our operations team in Aldridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving and managing heavy goods-up to 15,000kgs-using a counterbalance forklift. Key Responsibilities: · Operate a B2 category counterbalance forklift to transport, load, and unload materials in the yard · Ensure safe handling of large, heavy loads (up to 15,000kgs) · Perform routine vehicle and equipment checks · Maintain clear and accurate records of stock movement · Adhere to site safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment Requirements: · Valid Counterbalance Forklift B2 licence (essential) · Proven experience handling loads up to 15,000kgs · Strong awareness of workplace safety procedures · Good organisational and communication skills · Flexibility to work day shifts in Aldridge What We Offer: · Competitive hourly rate · Ongoing training and support · Friendly team environment · Immediate start available How to Apply: Please submit your CV highlighting your relevant forklift experience and valid certification.
