Yard Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy manufacturing site based in Holmfirth. This is a temporary ongoing position with immediate start available, working full-time hours Monday to Friday. This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth running of the yard and surrounding areas, helping to maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment across the site. Key Responsibilities * Assisting with unloading incoming goods and deliveries * Keeping the yard and effluent area clean, tidy, and well maintained * Carrying out general cleaning duties across the site * Moving materials and equipment around the yard as required * Supporting the wider team with general yard and site tasks What We’re Looking For * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic * Comfortable working outdoors in a busy yard environment * Physically fit and able to assist with manual handling tasks * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Previous yard, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential If you are hardworking, reliable, and looking for a hands-on role in a busy manufacturing environment, we would love to hear from you
