What would the role entail? * Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 1. * Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. * Assess, monitor, and record pupils' progress, providing feedback to support their development. * Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of pupils, promoting positive behaviour and resilience. * Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leadership to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.
