Academics Ltd is proud to be working in partnership with a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing primary school in Camden, which is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from March 2026. Role Details Location: Primary School in Camden Start Date: March 2026 (Long-term position) Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay: £95-£97 per day (dependent on experience)The Role As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality classroom support and help pupils thrive in their learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils in the classroom through small-group and one-to-one interventions Helping pupils engage with lessons and complete their classwork Supporting children to build confidence and make strong academic progress Promoting positive behaviour and inclusive learning Supporting pupils' social and emotional developmentThe Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will: Have experience working with children in a school or similar educational setting Be a proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable Teaching Assistant Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be passionate about supporting pupils and contributing to a positive learning environmentGraduates with a strong interest in education or child development are also encouraged to apply.
