About the Role
A welcoming primary school in Telford is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join their team for the summer term on a full-time basis. This role will include full classroom responsibilities, including planning, preparation and assessment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Key Stage 2 and enjoys creating engaging lessons that support pupils in the lead-up to the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum

Take full responsibility for planning, preparation and assessment

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Monitor and track pupil progress

Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff members

Maintain strong communication with parents and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5

Be confident with planning and delivering engaging lessons

Have strong classroom management skills

Be committed to supporting pupils' academic and personal development
