Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the Year 6 curriculum. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Monitor pupils' progress, providing targeted support to ensure all learners succeed. Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development, preparing them for secondary school. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives. Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support learning and wellbeing.
