Who we are

Best Paying Jobs is a free job-search service owned and operated by Dor Porat LTD, 39 Lilienblum St., Tel Aviv, Israel. We aggregate job listings from partner job boards and let you search and apply — no account is required and none can be created.

What we collect

• Search activity — the keywords, city, and country market you search, used to return results and improve search quality.
• Click activity — when you tap a job listing we record which listing was opened (job title, source job board, position in results) so we can bill partner job boards for the referral. This is how the service stays free.
• A random session identifier — the iOS app generates a random identifier on first launch (the website uses an equivalent per-session identifier). It is not derived from your device, is not the advertising identifier, and is not linked to your identity. It exists to de-duplicate clicks.
• Technical basics — IP address and user-agent as part of ordinary web requests (used for security, fraud prevention, and coarse geo-location of search defaults).
• Email address — only if you explicitly submit it on the website to receive job alerts. The iOS app does not collect email addresses.

We do not collect names, precise location, contacts, photos, health data, or any special-category data. The iOS app requests no device permissions.

Applying to jobs

When you apply, you leave our service and continue on the employer’s or job board’s own website. Anything you submit there (such as a resume) is governed by that site’s privacy policy, not ours. We never receive your application materials.

Sponsored offers

The job feed may include a clearly labelled sponsored offer (for example, Freecash, a rewards platform operated by Almedia GmbH). If you tap it, we pass a random click identifier to the partner so they can credit the referral. No personal information is shared.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service:

• Partner job boards receive anonymous click counts (which listings were opened) for billing — never your identity.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases) process data on our behalf.
• We do not sell personal data, and the iOS app does not use it for advertising or tracking across apps.

Retention & your rights

Click and search records are retained for billing and analytics, then aggregated or deleted. Saved jobs in the iOS app are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the app. Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or erase data we hold. Contact us at dor@bestpayingjob.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will post any material changes to this page. Continued use of the website or app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
