£45,000–£55,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70K+)
A rapidly expanding and well-respected IT solutions provider is looking to bring an experienced Account Manager into their growing Uxbridge-based team. This organisation delivers a wide range of services across managed IT, cloud, cyber security, and Microsoft technologies, and is known for its client-centric approach and high-quality delivery.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a relationship-focused Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients. You’ll be responsible for nurturing these relationships while uncovering opportunities to grow accounts through additional IT services and solutions.
Working closely with internal technical teams, you’ll help shape and deliver tailored strategies that add real value to your clients’ businesses
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of existing business clients and strengthening long-term partnerships
Spotting opportunities to expand accounts across IT services, including cloud and cyber security
Acting as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a high standard of service
Running regular reviews to maintain satisfaction and maximise retention
Collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions
Driving revenue growth through proactive account developmentWhat We’re Looking For
Background in account management within IT services, MSP, or tech environments
Solid understanding of managed services, cloud platforms, and cyber security
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of growing accounts
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Able to manage multiple clients in a structured, strategic way
Self-starter with a driven, results-focused attitudeWhat You’ll Get
