About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organised and detail focused Accounts assistant to join our Accounts team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team, has a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and well organised. You will support the day-to-day running of the accounts team.

Skills & Experience
Essential
* Previous administrative or accounts administration experience
* Good numerical and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good written and verbal communication skills including professional phone manner
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Basic Excel skills, including sorting, filter, sum, copy and pivots
* Familiarity with Outlook and Word
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Desirable
* Experience using k8 (Kerridge) accounting software
* Understanding of basic accounting principles
* Experience with reconciliations and invoice processing
