Architectural Technician Birmingham £30,000 – £45,000 Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Birmingham. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to support their growing Data Centre team. Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role: Support the technical delivery of Data Centre-focused projects Assist in the preparation of detailed planning application submissions Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and visuals to clearly convey design intent Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planning consultants to ensure timely project delivery Contribute to technical detailing and construction documentation Work closely with the practice’s Technical Director to maintain quality and complianceKey Requirements for this Architectural Technician role: Proficient in Revit Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects, ideally including Data Centres Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and technical detailing Experience preparing planning applications and technical documentation Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetTo express interest, please send your CV to Harley at (url removed) or contact him on 0 for more information
