The role focuses primarily on commercial and industrial environments, offering technically interesting work across a range of large-scale projects. What's on Offer £40,000+ salary depending on experience and qualifications Company vehicle provided Work across commercial and industrial sites only Consistent, well-organised workload Clear operational support and structured planning Long-term, stable role within an established consultancy The Role Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264 Undertaking air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance testing, and four-stage clearances Working across a range of commercial and industrial properties Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS standards Requirements BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or recognised equivalents) Experience working in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements Ability to manage workloads independently in a field-based role Full UK driving licence For more information or to apply, contact Aidan Morgan at Penguin Recruitment for immediate consideration
