Job Overview: We are currently seeking Assembly Operatives to join our team. This role involves working on a static shift pattern in a fast-paced production environment. Full onsite training will be provided with support over a 7-week period and beyond. Pay rate: · Days: £12.36 - £24.72 Shift Pattern: · Days: o Monday to Thursday 0745 – 1630hrs o Friday 0730 – 1330hrs What you’ll do: · Assemble and prepare wax moulds. · Work from detailed part drawings. · Setting tools & calibrating machinery. · Conduct quality checks to ensure highest standard of production. · Follow site health and safety standards. What we’re looking for: · A Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and progress. · Must have an eye for detail. · Must be able to travel to WR3. · Previous Assembly/manufacturing/labouring/trades skills. · Positive attitude and strong reliability. · Ability to follow instructions.
