This Role Is Ideal For Aspiring teachers Graduates considering a PGCE or teacher training Youth workers, sports coaches or support workers Individuals with experience working with children What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Working 1:1 or with small groups of children Assisting teachers with classroom activities Supporting pupils’ learning, confidence and development Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment ⚠️ Important You must be comfortable undertaking a couple of days of voluntary experience in a school as a way of gaining experience and demonstrating your suitability for future paid roles.
