BMS Package Manager - Data Centre Sector 📍 London 💰 £85,000 - £90,000 + Excellent Package We are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Package Manager to join a leading contractor delivering complex data centre projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in mission-critical environments within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction. The Role As a BMS Package Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Building Management System (BMS) package, ensuring seamless integration, commissioning, and handover across large-scale data centre developments. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of the BMS package, from design through to commissioning and handover Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, and specialist BMS vendors Ensure systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme, and quality standards Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive programme milestones Ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant standards Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing technical support and updates Requirements Proven experience as a BMS Package Manager, BMS Project Manager, or similar role Strong background working on data centre or mission-critical projects In-depth knowledge of BMS / controls systems (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.) Experience managing specialist subcontractors and commissioning processes Strong communication and coordination skills What's on Offer Salary of £85,000 - £90,000 Competitive package including bonus, car allowance, and pension Opportunity to work on high-profile data centre projects Career progression within a growing and well-established contractor If you're a BMS specialist looking to step into a senior delivery role within the data centre sector, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
