Boat Builder

Broadreach is currently working with a well-established and respected marine manufacturer to recruit an experienced Boat Builder to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional boatbuilding environment where quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are highly valued. The Role You will be involved in the build and fit-out of high-quality vessels, working across both interior and exterior stages of production. The role requires strong hands-on ability, precision, and experience working from technical drawings. Duties will include: * Installing deck and sailing hardware * Fitting bulkheads and structural components * Interior joinery and furniture fitting * GRP/fibreglass component installation * Installing windows, hatches and deck fittings * Basic upholstery and finishing work * Fairing, finishing and quality checking What We’re Looking For * Experience within boatbuilding or a similar manufacturing environment * Confident working with timber and composite materials * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Skilled in the use of hand and power tools * High attention to detail * Positive attitude and team-focused approach Marine industry experience is desirable, but candidates with transferable skills from similar sectors will also be considered.
