Role Overview
As a Broker, you will play a key role in generating and managing deals, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue for the business. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment and enjoys working towards ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their finance needs and deliver suitable solutions.
Manage enquiries from initial contact through to deal completion.
Work closely with lenders and internal teams to structure and progress finance applications.
Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking, and referrals.
Maintain an organised pipeline of deals and ensure consistent progress against sales targets.
Deliver a high standard of customer service while operating in a fast-paced and competitive brokerage environment.
About You
We're looking for a motivated, ambitious individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys the competitive nature of brokerage sales.
Requirements:
Experience working in a broker or high-performance sales environment (industry background not limited to finance).
A driven and competitive mindset with the ability to work towards targets.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated with a proactive approach to generating business.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Willingness to learn, with full training provided on finance products.
