Commercialisation & Partnerhips Manager - Shopping Centres
Our client is looking for a dynamic Commercialisation & Partnership Manager to drive commercial income, build meaningful community partnerships, and help deliver a standout customer experience.
This is a brilliant role for someone who’s commercially sharp, relationship‑driven, and passionate about creating places people love.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and deliver the commercialisation strategy, generating new revenue and managing partner relationships.
* Oversee mall activity, ensuring high visual and operational standards.
* Build strong links with local businesses, charities, and community groups.
* Co‑create and deliver the centre’s CSR and void activation strategies.
* Support the events programme and line‑manage the Events Executive.
* Produce reports, manage budgets, and deputise for the Head of Marketing when needed.
