You will play a key role in promoting apprenticeship and assessment services while driving revenue growth and supporting the organisation’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with EPAOs, awarding organisations, and employers. * Promote End-Point Assessment, apprenticeship, and assessment services to new and existing clients. * Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship management, and contract negotiation. * Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the apprenticeship and assessment sector. * Collaborate with internal delivery, compliance, and product teams to ensure high-quality service outcomes. * Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets in line with business objectives. Ideal Candidate You will be a commercially-minded, results-driven professional with: * Proven experience in business development or sales within the EPAO, awarding body, or assessment sector. * Strong knowledge of the apprenticeship market, End-Point Assessment, and qualification delivery frameworks. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing your own sales pipeline. * A track record of driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets. * A proactive, strategic approach and an understanding of compliance and quality standards in the assessment space.
