Key Responsibilities As Business Support Officer:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing calls, booking rooms, and preparing meeting spaces
* Maintain efficient admin systems, including post handling, scanning, and document management
* Input and maintain data across internal systems (training provided)
* Organise meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff and young people
* Deliver a professional reception service, dealing with enquiries from the public and professionals
* Produce documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office
* Take accurate minutes at meetings and distribute to relevant stakeholders
* Support financial processes such as purchase orders, invoices, and petty cash
* Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and archiving processes
* Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
