Carpenter

We require 2 experienced carpenters for a short-term contract to carefully dismantle an existing timber structure currently being used as a staff room. The structure is fully fitted out internally (plasterboard lined, fitted worktops, etc.) and must be dismantled methodically to allow for future reinstallation. Scope of Works • Careful dismantling of timber-framed shed structure • Removal of plasterboard linings without unnecessary damage • Removal and protection of internal fixtures including worktops and fittings • Labelling and cataloguing components to enable future reconstruction • Safe stacking and storage of reusable materials as directed • Maintaining a clean and safe working area throughout • Working in accordance with site health and safety procedures Key Requirements • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry and Joinery (preferred) • Proven experience in timber frame structures and internal fit-out • Ability to dismantle structures systematically with minimal damage • Own tools and PPE • CSCS card
