Children Support Worker

Provide personalised care and support to children with special needs, promoting their emotional, social, and physical development.

· Implement individual care and education plans, supporting learning, therapy, and daily activities.

· Encourage positive behaviour and independence using consistent strategies and guidance.

· Safeguard children by following child protection policies and reporting concerns promptly.

· Monitor and record children’s progress, behaviours, and health, maintaining accurate documentation.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, social workers, and families.

· Ensure a safe, structured, and inclusive environment tailored to children’s individual needs
