Team Manager – Contextual Safeguarding (North) This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a recently remodelled, multi-disciplinary and innovative service that is transforming how we safeguard young people facing risks outside the home. As Team Manager, you will lead a passionate and skilled team while helping to shape the strategic direction of contextual safeguarding across the North. In this role you will: • Lead and inspire a dedicated team committed to improving outcomes for young people. • Champion high-quality, trauma-informed, relational and strengths-based practice. • Provide strong leadership and reflective supervision. • Work collaboratively with partners to strengthen responses to exploitation and extra-familial harm. • Help drive innovation and strategic development in contextual safeguarding. We’re looking for someone who: • Has experience in safeguarding and a passion for supporting young people at risk of exploitation. • Leads with empathy, clarity and a collaborative approach. • Is motivated to influence change and develop innovative practice.
