Class 2 Hiab Driver

Driver Hire Colchester and Sudbury are seeking experienced and professional HGV Class 2 HIAB Drivers to support our clients across the CO postcode.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified HIAB / Grab lorry drivers looking for flexible work, ongoing assignments, or potential permanent positions.

The Role

* Delivering building materials and goods to commercial and residential sites

* Operating lorry loader crane safely and efficiently

* Ensuring loads are secure before transit

* Completing daily vehicle and equipment checks

* Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

* Working in line with health & safety regulations

* Full time and part time shifts available

Requirements

* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

* Valid HIAB / Lorry Loader certificate (ALLMI or equivalent)

* No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN endorsements)

* Previous HIAB experience preferred

* Strong awareness of health & safety procedures

What We Offer

* Mainly Monday to Friday day work, weekend shifts paid at a higher rate

* Competitive hourly pay - £17.58 - £24.00 p/hr

* Minimum 8hrs pay per shift
